A Better Than Decent Shortcut
I use it to inject pork roast. I tried this out because I didn't have a reliable local source of sour orange, to make from scratch. Of course, not as flavorful or aromatic as making your own from scratch, but it will do in a pinch, or you can dress it up with your own spices too.

I could drink this
But I don't drink it. I marinade sliced pork in it overnight and make something like a Cuban fajita. Way too expensive but, I have learned to use less. The bottles are plastic so it ships well.

I love this stuff use it for almost everything
I love this stuff use it for almost everything! Do note that it says 2 pack but only come with one! I'm not taking a star off as I figured this seemed a little too cheap to be for 2 and I wanted one only either way. Great stuff! Also if anyone is wondering expiration on these I got it on Jan 2015, expires May 2017!
