Does this protein have ANY sweetener ---- stevia? maltitol? I am looking for a PLAIN powder with no sweetener. thnx

I chose this protein powder specifically because it did not contain any sweetners or flavors.  It is plain brown rice protein powder.

How much protein per serving ?  Serving size?  How many servings per Can?

The container states 1 heaping Tablespoon is a serving size and there are 11 grams of protein in that amount.  The three lb. container states it has 85 servings.  My nutritionist says each meal of the day should contain at least 20-25 Grams of protein so I double the amount I use in a smoothie, that works out to 1/4 C.  and then the large container would provide roughly 42 servings.

how does this differ from the organic version?

By about the cost of a $500 fee to the California state government to label the fields as "organic." According to the Nutribiotic website, both are Non-GMO and grown without pesticides and fertilizers. Both are processed using only filtered water and enzymes. The organic variety is guaranteed to come only from registered organic farms.

Each and every batch of our Rice Protein is 3rd Party Independent Laboratory Tested for Heavy Metals. Our Rice Protein meets the standards set by the European Union, Canadian Natural Health Products Directorate, US FDA, as well as other health organizations.  The rice protein raw material used in our Rice Protein has received approval as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe), which are standards set forth by the US FDA.

We believe there should be heavy metals limits in natural and dietary products, and we are continually looking for the cleanest sources of Rice Protein available. Individuals need to be aware of the sum of heavy metals in all foods they consume within a day.  Heavy metals are a factor in all foods we eat.  We consume more metals daily in common foods, from kale, avocados, peanut butter, sweet potatoes, tuna, celery, asparagus, strawberries, mushrooms, apple juice, spinach, to spices, than we consume from plant-based supplements. All Rice Proteins made from sprouted brown rice contain levels of lead.  We regularly conduct tests on our products to ascertain any lead levels are within the legal limitations.  Currently, our maximum allowable amount of lead is 5.25 mcg (micrograms) per daily serving, but always runs below that amount.  5.25 mcg is the maximum we would ever allow.  Recently, it has been less than 2.69 mcg of lead per daily serving.
