Product was very easy to install. The directions were clear and all the parts needed were included as expected. First impressions are that the product is well built and sturdy and I see no reason that it shouldn't hold up well to continued use. The alarm itself was loud; not too loud, but loud enough to ensure that I will hear it no matter where I am in my space. Highly recommend - works as expected, well built, and good value.

door came with broken alarm no sound when I the push bar even with a fresh battery my return window closed so i can return or exchange the product if you buy test alarm before installing

It's a very good product and we used it on a gate of a patio. It is definitely what we were looking for very loud

Product was easy to install and comes with a detailed instructional guide to help with fitting to save you time. Product works well and arrived quickly and on time.

No template was in the box as indicated. That made it a bit of a challenge to install. If the "instruction" booklet actually matched the actual item that would have helped. Once I figgered it out, it worked fine. I just wish I didn't have to do it blind. Alarm IS loud, which is what I was hoping for. Once installed, it works very well. I would buy again since I know it works well, but if I had known it came without template, I wouldn't have bought it. If you're above average in mechanical aptitude, this is the one you want, but don't go into it thinking it will be easy. Also, I really think the keys are WAY too small to be useful. So small that they can be easily lost.

Great door lock for commercial building

Enjoyed this products packaging. Directions were very easy to follow! The alarm is perfect. Just loud enough to hear unlike others which are unpleasant. High quality product! And did I mention the TEN YEAR guarentee? Definitely worth the investment!!

Bought two of these push bars and at first they worked perfectly and as expected. After a few months, they both have different problems that make them unusable. The alarm on one of them no longer goes off when opening the door and is set to "alarm", and the other one won't open without sticking a screwdriver into the latch to manually release it (which defeats the purpose of an emergency exit door).
