I have drives on the side plate of my Lian Li o11 Dynamic case that cannot be reach through the supplied connected from my psu and this low profile splitter helps solves it. And the drives worked.

Did what was needed.
I have a Dell office computer. Did not have enough power ports to allow for an add on card in the pcie slot. This allowed that to happen. Quality was good. Can't complain because it does the job, so it's worth the money.

high quality cable for your custom build
I was easily able to split the power from my drive to power lights. So far no issues and it was compatible with my ATX board and SATA drive. The length was perfect and did not have to tie wrap it . Overall good quality for the amount of money spent.

Used on NAS HDDs
Been using these in my NAS build to drive the hard drives and haven't had any issues. I was originally nervous about the power draw and the risk of melting or burning but these have nice thick gauge wire and no sign of issues after a year of use.

Works fine- connections are all tight, built well- and gives an extra connection- I have a big box store computer, and as such they didn't include any extra connections at all- so had to get these splitters and they are working very well- they only slight knock is that they aren't built quite as well as the ones in my computer, the connectors seem a slight bit cheaper- but not by much- and it's not an issue at all- Just be careful (not overly so- just don't crank on them and they should be fine)

Was soll man viel dazu schreiben … Das ist Standardzubehör, wenn man zusätzliche SATA-Geräte in seinem PC anschließen möchte und die vorhandenen Anschlüsse des Netzteils nicht ausreichen. Sie funktionieren wie erwartet; man kann da nicht viel falsch machen (außer vielleicht, dass die Länge nicht reicht, aber das sollte man ja vorher ausmessen).
