Pain Case Studies with Distal Acupuncture - Volume Two

This is the second volume of case studies using Master Tung distal acupuncture. It's similar to the first volume but with all new case studies. So if you liked Vol 1. than get Vol 2. but if you don't have any than get both. Brad Whisnant does an amazing job with this book. As far as I know it's the only case study book on Tung acupuncture which is a huge asset to anyone looking to study the Tung distal system. Dr Whisnant is a success acupuncturist that has been using the Tung system for many years and in this book he presents case studies from his own practice and explains how and why he treats. This is extremely helpful and it often feels like your with him in the clinic as he explains how he treats. I love this book because originally I found the Tung system confusing and difficult to learn because the other books I looked at presented very little theory and explanation, but Dr Whisnant pulls back the curtain and makes it easy and accessible to understand. I also highly recommend his first book "Mastering Tung Acupuncture" which goes deep into the basics and theory of Tung/distal acupuncture.

Doing 4 days of a Tung acupuncture course earlier this year, transformed my practice. Brad and Deborah's books take this to the next level, with understanding the theory and combining points. I am constantly referring to the books to deepen my knowledge and get inspiration. Used the abdominal pain protocol last week and with outstanding results after 2 treatments. Worth every penny, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Love the diagrams for point location.

This is a very helpful book for implementing Tan, Tung, and DNA acupuncture. Brad writes in a humbling tone and is encouraging in his explanations.

I love Brad Whisnant's books on Master Tung Distal Acupuncture. As an Acupuncturist this is a must if you are learning or currently practicing Master Tung points. Brad provides wonderful explanations for the points chosen for each case. I have has great results in my practice with the help of these case studies. I look forward to taking Brad's webinars and hopefully he continues to publish more fantastic books on distal acupuncture.Please note that this book is intended for Licensed Acupuncturist and may be confusing and not for you if you are not.

This is another practical book by Dr. Whisnant. The case studies and diagrams make things easy to convert to life in the clinic. I'm always amazed at his ability to relate effectively the teachings of Master Tung/Dr. Tan and how the work in a clinical setting.

Another great book from the series, I highly recommend them all! From the day I received it, I already began to see improvements in my confidence and treatment outcomes!

Brad has done it again - A great book! The book is full of easy to understand and follow treatments and explanations from the very start. The case studies help so much in following his logic in treatments. I love his books and his YouTube presentations. His mastery of writing about these form(s) of acupuncture is equaling his skills in treatment. Well worth the price and a book you will refer to again and again.

Fantastic addition to any acupuncture library. Brad shares case studies openly and explains why points were used and how his clinical reasoning lead him to use the points he does. Nothing is hidden. Has usefull illustrations to act as a quick reference. Packed full of great info...thanks Brad.
