Total Yoga DVD - Earth

I am in Yoga classes during the school year but we don't have classes in the summer so I was looking for something similar to what I had been doing. This yoga is almost exactly what we do in our class....a lot of stretching, posturing, breathing, relaxation, etc. I highly recommend it for those who need to loosen up the joints and relax and get the kinks worked out.

Is ok but I don't use it very often I bought with this one another from Rodney Lee and this last one really makes me meditate and go deep into the yoga something that doesn't happen with the total yoga video
