Flavor is okay
Keeping in mind I’m not a fan of fruit and cream flavors, the flavors ARE odd, but not nasty. I found they go better with coffee. Texture is acceptable. I like that the ingredients are relatively wholesome and it has D3, but sugar, glucose syrup and water are the first listed. At 6g sugar still less than some other big name brands. Too soon to tell if they’re effective. Trying MaryRuths next.

They taste good, I just hope and pray they help heal my lumbar compression fractures and strengthen my bones. MUCH better than taking calcium horse pills.

Yum!!! I can’t see if it’s doing its job but it sure tastes great.. I feel good so I assume it’s working and they are effective. Easy to chew..They are so soft and tasty. Value is good. These are nutrient packed according to the back of the bottle. I already use this brand for other vitamins as pictured and they all taste delicious. My nails and hair growing better.
