Awesome Health Booster!
What sets this multivitamin apart is its focus on meeting the specific nutritional needs of women in the 50+ age group. Packed with essential vitamins A, B, C, and more, it provides comprehensive support to maintain optimal health as we age. One of the standout features is the Vitamin Code formulation, which means the vitamins are derived from real, whole foods. This natural approach ensures better absorption and utilization by the body, which is vital for maximizing the benefits. The capsule form is easy to swallow, and the bottle's generous size with 240 capsules means I don't have to worry about running out any time soon. I also appreciate that it's free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, making it a clean and wholesome choice for daily supplementation. Since incorporating this multivitamin into my routine, I've noticed a positive difference in my overall energy levels and vitality. It has also contributed to supporting my immune system, which is crucial as we age and need extra defenses against common illnesses. What I love most about the Garden of Life Women 50 & Wiser Multi is its tailored approach to women's health needs. It includes additional nutrients like vitamins D3 and K, as well as essential minerals, to promote bone and heart health—a thoughtful touch for women in this age bracket. However, I must note that while this multivitamin is a fantastic addition to a healthy lifestyle, it's not a substitute for a balanced diet. I still prioritize eating nutrient-rich foods to complement the supplement's benefits. In summary, the Garden of Life Multivitamin for Women 50 & Over has become an indispensable part of my daily health regimen. Its emphasis on targeted nutrients for women in this age group, along with the Vitamin Code formulation, make it a standout product. If you're a woman over 50 looking for a reliable, natural, and comprehensive multivitamin, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Whole Foods win for my needs
Love this multivitamin. It checks all my boxes with Whole Foods ingredients, Raw, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free. Clean, trustworthy, and easy to take daily. Exactly what I wanted in a vitamin.

Great mixture of all nutrients needed
These vitamins consistently give me a gentle boost in the morning. I take them 3 times a week along with St. John’s Wort and thyroid medication. It contains seaweed and I don’t want to mix that every day with hypothyroidism. But occasionally is ok. Regular capsules go down easily. There is no real taste. These help my digestion with the probiotics in them. Easy open screw cap. Consistently good.

2 a day?
I buy a lot of Garden of Life products for its purity and effectiveness. That said, I am disappointed that they instruct you to take two a day when clearly all the vitamins are 100% of the daily amount. I am not a physician but surely I believe that too much can't be good for our bodies. Therefore, I only take one a day and it is plenty to give me the energy I need at 67 years old. I'd love to hear from a physician out there that agrees with me. Too much can't be good for our bodies.

The best I've found so far
I've used these multivitamins for years, 1 capsule every 3 to 4 days a week, with no side effects. They are packed with a lot of nutrients and are a good supplement to a healthy diet, though I think the recommended 4 capsules a day is way overkill. Can be taken with or without food. I would note that the vegetarian gel capsules are rather large, for people who have trouble swallowing large pills. Still, the best I've found so far.

Expensive, but worth it.
I never would have thought to pay this amount for a multivitamin but I heard via a nutritional health expert on NPR that a good multivitamin should cost about $1 per day. This one fit the bill so I gave it a try. Purchased this Multivitamin twice already and about to buy a third time. It's expensive, so I had hesitations about repurchasing the second time, but I noticed that every time I feel like I'm about to get sick, I pop one or two of these, and symptoms fade away. I don't even take them daily, though I really need to start doing that for myself. Ideally, I'm trying to take three a day (being under 100lbs, I figured I didn't need to take the recommended dose of 4 a day), but in reality I'm lucky if I take one a day. Still, it's there for me when I feel stuffy, or my throat is scratchy. I pair it up with ecchinacea capsules when I need extra help fighting off cold symptoms, and sometimes a nice hot cup of tea with extra honey (like a tablespoon or more - antibacterial & antioxidant). Not great to swallow, and don't take them both at once. I stopped doing that after getting two lodged in my throat at a painful angle and I couldn't dislodge it for a good 8-10 minutes. I chugged water, ate something, thumped myself in the chest repeatedly to no avail. It wasn't until I was desperate enough to jump up and down in my kitchen like an idiot for several minutes that I found some relief. Got a bit of a workout in while I was at it. Now I always place it on my tongue, put a gulp of water in my mouth, and tilt my head up to move water and pill to the back of my throat before swallowing. Still occasionally gets stuck with this method, but with less frequency. Finally, my husband takes the men's version, and he vouches for them as well (he has epstein-barr and the worst immune system of anyone I know). Calls them "horsepills" and complains that when they get lodged in his throat he coughs up vitamin dust and it's disgusting. Nevertheless, he takes them more faithfully than I and has barely been sick in the last year.

Best Vitamin I’ve ever taken
This is honestly the best vitamin I’ve ever taken. I started using it while going through menopause, and it has made a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and overall balance. The ingredients feel clean and high-quality, and it never upsets my stomach like some other multivitamins do. Pros: • Great support during menopause • Clean, whole-food ingredients • Easy to digest • Boosts energy and overall wellness Cons: • Capsules are a bit large, but manageable Final Thoughts: If you want a multivitamin that actually makes a difference, this one is worth it. I’ll keep repurchasing.

Gave an allergic reaction
I am not allergic to anything...well so I thought until I tried this product. I had it as recommended, two tablets twice daily and by day 2, my skin started to get a prickly sensation. At first I thought it was just dry skin...but no amount of moisturizer took the sensation away. I stopped the Vitamins and within a day the symptoms cleared. I gave a gap of a week before trying them again, just to make sure before I wrote this review...and wow! same thing again! Couldn't sleep all of last night as my skin was and still is feeling nettled. Oddly no hives and red spots...just a sharp prickling sensation under the skin in random areas like eyebrows, face, stomach, back...etc.. Super uncomfortable and sure have wasted my money on this. Didn't expect a Vitamin to behave so strangely!
