Q: Doe this unit leak when in operation?I just bought one & had to return because of leaking.I received a replacement unit that also leaks.

Mine does - from day one. I bought mine June 11th, 2015. I put it on a ironing board mat on my countertop so it wouldn't drip into the floor. After a year my drain hose sprung a leak too. The drain hose is very flimsy. Still, it is so much better than my Panda spinner which doesn't get my clothes even remotely damp dry.

Q: Am I doing something wrong? it shakes uncontrollably all over the place making the loudest noise known to man.

There are 2 possibilities: 1. Did you unscrew and remove the motor locking brace from the bottom of the unit? It can do this if not removed. 2. The other possibility is the unit is either defective, or was damaged in shipping. If you've removed the motor locking brace, and it still acts like this, then let us know and we can immediately send you a replacement unit. The units can move slightly when starting up or when shutting down, but should not shake and are normally very quiet...this is definitely not normal.
