Colors To Dye For: A Primitive Rug Hooker's Philosophy and Dyeing Primer Paperback – September 1, 2011

I really enjoyed this ebook. I was inspired by the authors ideas and writing style. I found it the suggestions for dying to be very practical. If you are looking for a technical dye book with tons of recipes this is not for you. It gives ideas, tips and inspiration. Photos were beautiful on my 7" tablet.

I have a lot of books related to rug hooking and to be completely honest, I could have done without this one. Priced high for the rather slim volume it is. No real meat to it either. Just rehashes material already published. I would not recommend this to someone wishing to learn or needing instruction on dyeing. There are a number of better sources out there for the same money.

Nothing was left out to get the lover of natural fibers rubber glove deep in beautiful naturally derived colors. Great book for rug hooker and knitters.
