We got them for the squirrels, so I can’t vouch for the flavor. The nuts look really fresh, with very broken shells. In all, i gathered about a cup of empty shells - not bad for a 25-lb bag of nuts.Bottom line: the squirrel absolutely love them!

Use these to feed my parrots. Third time I purchased them. They were very good this time and the first time. Second time, they had way too many hazel nuts. Was hoping they would be better this time and they were.

Arrived quickly. These nuts are for our 3 large parrots. We have not been able to buy them in-the-shell nuts in bulk like we use to because we moved away from our bulk supplier. They went nuts (pun intended) when we dropped the nuts in their bowls. The 3 of them prattled on while cracking them open and throwing the empty shells to the side. The nuts were fresh and tasty. Yes, shipping was expensive but we have a subscription to freeshipping.com so that helped mitigate shipping costs. Will definitely buy from this seller again.

Excellent product but recent price increases and shipping costs are excessive. I am now looking for local sources

We get theses for our Blue and Gold Macaw. Otherwise we have to stock up in the winter time when they are in the store. It is wonderful to have a year round source. Plus he loves to be able to remove the shells.

I found these nut to be fresh and great tasting. There seems to be a pretty even mix of the different nut varieties.

Hazel nuts, walnuts and almonds probably equal in amount after shelling. But could use a lot more pecans. Pecans are maybe 10%.
