Tasty meal replacement
The product breaks down easily when stirred into plain water into a palatable shake with a good texture. Nutritionally matches the expensive product I was given in hospital. It is slightly sweeter than I prefer but it compares favorably to a Starbucks type coffee drink without the medical taste of a supplement drink

Best coffee ever!
I am a coffee drinker and love cream and sugar added in. I was looking for a way to cut the calories of my 2-3 cup a day habit. I was also needing to increase my protein intake. This powder fixed both of my issues. I now leave out the cream and sugar and add a scoop of cappuccino powder to a large cup of coffee.The cappuccino powder does dissolve just stirring it with a spoon but using a milk frother just makes me happy.

The taste is good. I was expecting a little bit more coffee taste though. It is good for your gut as it doesn't feel heavy and it fills you up.
