How many refills are included in this?

2. It looks deceiving like there are many but it’s only 2 refills.

how often do you need to change them out? Will be using in a teenage boy's room

Each Air Wick Scented Oil Fresh Linen scent refill when used on the lowest setting for 24 hours per day, dispenses up to 45 days of our natural essential oils fragrance. The bottle may appear empty for the last few days of the life of the fragrance, but the wick will still be saturated with fragrance which will evaporate into the room in the normal way. Whole I think the ones on the bottom are just turned to the side
