Great taste
The quality of this item is superb. I love the taste and knowing all the vitamins it contains. Although It does not have caffeine, it provides me with the "pick me up" I need after a hard workout. I wholeheartedly recommend this drink.

Caffeine Sensitive Approved!!
Flavor: I loved loved loved the flavor of this. It tastes amazing while still having awesome ingredients. Caffeine: I am caffeine sensitive. I CAN NOT drink coffee what so ever. WIth that being said the thought of drinking a caffeinated drink scared me. But i can happily report this is honestly the PERFECT amount of caffeine. It wakes me up but I have no shakes and no anxiety! I bring it to work everyday that I workout in the morning. Who needs coffee when you have fitaid?

Especially for zero cal, this just tastes like slightly expired pineapple juice.

The best!
This is the best recovery drink I’ve found! I can tell a significant difference after I drink this. Whether it’s a hard workout, or a bad hangover, this fights the sluggish feeling .....although their “Party Aid” line is geared more toward hangovers. The flavor is pretty good- I’ll give it a 4 out of 5. It’s a mild citrus flavor with a slight turmeric finish, which sounds a little weird, but isn’t too bad. You’ll want to “swirl” the drink a little because the vitamins seem to settle at the bottom. Highly recommend!!

Low calories, stronger than Red Bull somehow, worth!
Slightly more expensive than packs of Redbull but low calories. Will definitely perk you up , even moreso than energy drinks at the store.

The first sip cuts the deepest
Fitaid Zero Citrus - I tried this because I have recently started lifting again and needed an easy post-workout that didn't require mixing, etc. I can't say that I notice any physical benefits but I've always done well with BCAAs in the past. My issue is the taste. It is...not good. The best thing to do is chug it even though it is slightly carbonated. I'll stick with it and finish out the case. Hopefully, I'll see recovery benefits. Otherwise, it isn't worth the cost or suffering through the taste.
