good product, easy to install. worth for the price . but start to dripp water after few days. please refer the video. no way i can stop this dripping. wasting water $$$$.

I ordered 3 back in July. Installation went well, works great. Now, October, one of the faucet drips. I've contacted the company last week. Still no word from them. I'm not even sure the contact information is even real from the website. I would caution against buying from this company.

Very well constructed, was pleasantly surprised to see the battery pack is in the top of the unit and not under the sink, just unscrew the cap almost invisible, although they don't need changing very often. Very nice Chrome finish was impressed. I liked the adjustment for teompiture right on the side. I installed this for my sister who is wheel chair bound from a stroke and only has use of one hand. Thank you

Our installer turned the hot water and cold water valves water pressure down a bit to make the stream not so forceful. We noticed the faucet then leaked. He discovered there was not enough water pressure to cause the faucet to fully shut off automatically. He opened the valves back up to full pressure, the faucet now shuts off completely, no leaking. Mindful that our wp is 90psi.

This is great when you need to make adjustments on water temperature easily. Other units like this have the temperature controls under the cabinet but having this one on the faucet is great. Also having the batteries on the top of the unit is great. There is no need to crawl under the cabinet for anything. These are great to have during COVID. The less you touch the better. The only downside is this didn’t come with a sink plate to cover the other two holes. Also the hoses that was provided was way too short to reach my water hookups.

I noticed a lot of water coming out under the sink and realized that the supply line had broken off near the bolt and can not be repaired… I need to replace that line or get a new faucet now! Frustrating cuz it was just installed 2 months ago!!

I replace this with an older one because the other one stopped working. It did not take long and everything I needed was included in the box.

Really nice touchless faucet good finish no paint chipping good price works well and you can select water temperature to you liking just make sure no leaking from inside of unit after installing works for a long time on x4 AA batteries
