The polycarbonate tub is thick and sturdy. The lid fits well. I really like the neoprene sleeve. It seems to really keep the heat in. The metal rack is great. It keeps your food submerged and leaves room for water to circulate around it. The design is nice because you can use as many or as few vertical pieces as you need in any position. This is really easy to set up and use.

Wonderful addition to my Sous Vide cooker. It holds a lot of water, it's wrapped in a sleeve so that the container does not sweat, it has a lid so you can keep the heat in it and comes with attachments so that if you want to put individual FoodSaver bags in the slots you can do that. Dont let the price stop you I don't see how you can do wrong it's also got a little slot for the cooker to fit into and if you want to leave it on your counter it looks good there as well. I recommend this product.

Its works great, I used it for my food business to warm up my food at events,. Storage is great and very durability and really easy to use and and clean.

Works as expected. The insulated cover is nice. Not a lot of room but perfect for steaks.

This is a fantastic cambro for a sous vide setup. It's big enough for a modest meat roast or several steaks. The neoprene jacket holds the heat in, and the lid retains heat to prevent evaporation. The rack is okay and separates portions. My only criticism is that the rack--while it's similar to most others on the market--is a little... precarious? Definitely not a show-stopper, though, because this chamber's great. If you need anything bigger, use a cooler or a tub.

Great container, and kit, for sous vide! I’ve now used this about a dozen times, and not had any issues with it. The container is a “normal” plastic container, it seems like it will hold up for quite a while. The neoprene cover does seem to allow the water to get to temp and stay there without issue. I honestly have no data that tells me this, but it feels good to have it there! The metal rack that they gave has worked well so far to help keep items submerged and separated. Honestly something I didn’t realize I needed until I got this. Now I can package items individually and keep the water flowing around all of the food. The only down side is that the neoprene cover does have a normal smell for neoprene for about a week and a half. Just let it sit out in the open and the odor goes away. It of course does not impact the flavor or anything as it’s on the outside of the container! While I got this deal on a prime day special, it’s a good kit that gives you what you need to get started…

Perfect size, insulation sleeve fits great, works perfectly with Breville Joule Turbo. Love the adjustable racking, can accommodate anything. Great value for all included. Cookbook is good beginner guide. Lid fits great, easy to close up insert opening.

The price is honestly absurd to me for just a container, but it works well honestly with my Anova sous vide machine. It’s very spacious and I haven’t noticed any damages while using it for regularly for two years. It’s good but I wish the price was a little lower.
