How long is the initial charge for this battery? I have had mine on the charger for 15 hrs + and light is still red

That will depend on the charging ma or amp rating, that said 15 hrs would tell me the charge rate is extremely low, wrong charge voltage or not working. Ck the charger output with a VOM for voltage and if the the meter reads DC amperage ck that as well. The battery should fully charge in approximately 2-4 hours depending on how much it's drained. Also ck the batteries voltage is it good?
