The version in the pictures has a much better paint job, especially on the face around the mouth. It still looks amazing in my harry potter display but I'd never dream of washing it or using it based on how cheap the paint job looks. It was expensive for what it is, but it's the best replica out there at the moment and the size is very accurate to the movie.

Too small to be used as a water bottle, and it is made of plastic, it seems like it's for one time use. The lid of the bottle doesn't seem to face the right direction when the bottle is closed, so you will end up with the head facing the back of the skeleton or sometimes the sides. It is just for show or to use as a part of a trick or costume. I just use it for show on my shelf.
