These molds are great! They are very easy to clean. Bars come right out with no problem. You don’t need to spray the molds. I saw some reviews that said the thickness was an issue but they are plenty thick enough. I made granola bars today and they came out great. They are thin, but they are fine on a cookie sheet.

I use them for protein bars and jello. Super helpful. I love them.Being able to use them over and over with no degradation of the product is really nice. The flexible nature makes it super easy to remove food from the molds.

I wanted to make granola bars since they all seem to have seed oils in them - even the “healthy” ones.Pros: these are the perfect size for granola bars. I like the silicone since I don’t need to spray them to get them out. I did for the first time before realizing I do not need to do that. They easily pop out and rinse off well. There are two in the pack so I can make up to 18. Plus I love the purple color.Cons: this mold is t-h-i-n. I am not sure if it will hold up over time. It seems very flimsy so I hope it doesn’t rip or break. The recipe I used was great. It I found with these molds that I had to really pack them into the mold or they would fall apart. It’s not a big deal but m ow this if you’re making your bars and don’t seem to have as many. I’m doubling batches and it works out better.Overall I love making my own bars and these molds allow me to do so.

Die Kekse bzw Riegel gehen gut aus der Form und diese ist leicht zu reinigen. Einfach in heißes Wasser mit etwas spüli einlegen, etwas liegen lassen, abspülen, fertig.
