Vallejo acrylic paints
Great quality paint. Goes on well (usually with one coat) and looks good. Vallejo also offers a wide range of colors. This is the best acrylic paint I have found so far.

Really good value but…
These paints were an incredible value and it made it so cheap and easy to get enter World War II model painting coming from warhammer. The only thing is is there is not enough paint to fully paint one army instead you get a little bit of each do not buy this expecting to have all the colors to paint your US airborne or a Russian infantry out of the box but if you are going to get into World War II models you’re going to need 90% of these colors anyway and it’s a good way to get the majority of the colors you need

Great Paints
I have used Vallejo paints for a long time. I like buying the sets because they are already matched for the subject matter. The colors are usually true to form and when they dry they smooth out to a perfect finish. The water and soap cleanup makes it nice not having to use a cleaning solution. They also mix well with each to change the color tones.

Pretty essential for a WW2 modeler
Paint set is great, none came dried or leaking. As far as the color blends go, they’re incredibly close to the paint codes for the various uniforms and camouflage colors that were used at the time. Paint works well, and is the perfect consistency if you use a wet palette. Great value for the price, you could probably paint 3 armies with a single set. Love the dropper bottles, Vallejo is the best, and I’ve been working with it for years. Very familiar with the thickness, coverage, and size of the paint bottles, so if you’ve used Vallejo before, this is no exception to what you’d expect.

A Great Set for WW2 Model Painting
As a hobbyist model painter, I've used a lot of different brands of paint, and this Vallejo set is a fantastic starting point for anyone getting into painting WWII models. The price is really good for the amount of paint you get, especially since Vallejo is one of the top brands in the hobby. The best part about this set is the variety of colours it includes. You get 16 different colours that are all historically accurate for painting WWII Allied forces, so you don't have to guess at which colours to use for things like US Army olive drab or British khaki. This is a huge help for beginners. The paint comes in little 17ml dropper bottles, which is a big plus. It makes it really easy to get just a single drop of paint out at a time, so you don't waste any. It's much better than a pot of paint that you have to dip a brush into, which can lead to spills and drying out. The paint itself is water-based acrylic, which means it's super easy to clean up with just water. It also thins well with water, so you can use it for both base coating and more detailed work. It has a great matte finish that looks very realistic on models. Vallejo paints are known for their strong pigment, so they have good coverage and you usually only need one or two thin coats to get a solid colour. It's much better than some of the cheaper craft paints that can require five or six coats. The only real downside is that the set doesn't include any washes or metallics, which you'll need for details like weapons or weathering. So while it's a great starter set, you will need to buy a few extra paints to complete your models. Also, while the paint is easy to work with, it does dry a bit fast, so if you're trying to blend colours on a palette, you have to work quickly. But for a hobby that can be pretty expensive, this is a great value and a fantastic way to get a lot of high-quality paint to start your collection.
