During the fermentation process the kombucha culture gets busy, fermenting the brew by consuming the cane sugar into s and transforming the tea into the effervescent and zingy beverage we know and love as kombucha. Is all Kombucha equal? The answer is a big NO! Making Kombucha properly in a traditional way, as we do here at Hip Pop, isn’t easy, it takes time and a lot of patience.
