4" height is perfect for rebuilding my knee after an accident. The risers fit snugly inside, no falling out as on some other brands. Adding the risers on for 6" will be beneficial in my recovery before advancing to a regular 8" stair riser. This step platform is sturdy, lightweight, easy to pick up and move around due to the cut out space. I am very happy!

Exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy and I love that it’s adjustable.

I'm 63, have size 9 1/2 wide feet, and will probably not use this at music speeds higher than 130 BPM, so for me it's ok. It's super sturdy, but the top is a little more slippery than I'd like. It's fairly narrow, so doing over the top moves (see 1st two pictures) can be a little dicey if you're not careful. If your shoes have a softer, more rubbery sole, you'll do better than with these new-not-ever-worn-outside Rykas I have on. In any case, like I said - it's very sturdy, doesn't take up much room, and I get a great workout on it, so I think it was a good value. Ask me again what I think if I slip off and break a leg.

Dry good step platform for using to gain balance. Two different seats for height, making it adjustable as you increase your balance. As a physical therapy tool, it works very well. It’s stabile, comfortable to use, and the price was great.

Great product. Can be useful as a simple in - between step gap for a step a bit too high. Great for it's intended use as well.

A little bit taller than anticipated, even when I didn’t insert the additional platforms. But still does its job whenever I work out.

I opted to save a few dollars and get a returned version, Used - Like New, because it doesn't need to look pretty, but it does. Only very small blemishes, but barely noticeable. I like how it's sturdy, and wide enough that I don't have to worry where I step. I'm 5'7" and about 160lbs, and have to be careful with aerobic exercise, so this seemed like a 'step' in the right direction (haha). The risers don't stay put underneath, they just fit inside but don't click in. Depending on how you store it, that might not matter, but something to know. Not a big deal for me, since I'm leaving it doubled anyway. The item even came with a nifty exercise sheet (see pic), which is a nice refresher on what can be done with the stepper. In my pix, I show the height in both inches and centimeters - but you can see that the step is just a little under 6in at tallest, and exactly 15cm. I'm hoping that I will use this to exercise, since my Eliptical machine collects dust... it's noisy and is in our garage, and it's too hot in there during the Florida summer! I feel like I can do a simple workout while watching TV (in the AC) and not impose on anyone else in the house. I do recommend this Step, not just for the look or price, but because it's exactly what someone needs if they are shopping for one. Nothing fancy, just a sturdy step that comes in nice colors.

Gleich ausgepackt und getestet: Stabil, trotz meines Übergewichts. Die zusätzlichen Stufen bzw. Höhe lassen sich sicher ab- und aufmontieren und an der Unterseite des Boards verstauen. 5 Sterne für dieses Produkt. Top!
