Great tasting fried rice!
Grab yourself some chicken breast and blend them together with these Ready Rice fried rice pouches and you got a real winner here! In a pinch this is a decent substitute for authentic fried rice found at your favorite Chinese food restaurant. I was impressed for the value and the taste. As usual with the Ready Rice brand, prep time is quick and painless.

Quick Hack to make it better.
I added a trick to making the rice look & taste better. After the microwave, I rolled the top down and put a clip(or clothes pin) on it, and set it aside as I fixed other items. Afterwards it looked like the rice at a buffet. Not to bad. I also added about a teaspoon of soy sauce and gently mixed it up. Not perfect, but good enough.

almost a complete meal...
I absolutely love this rice. Add a few veggies and it's a meal. It's not low in sodium as is true of most fried rice. When I have a member of my family here who has to watch his salt, I add some plain white rice to it to lower the sodium per serving level.
