Veru Wellness Energy B12 Patch - (Pack of 60) Self Adhesive B12 Energy Topical Patch, 8-10 Hours

Day one of wearing the patch and I didn't really feel much of a difference other than being a little less sleepy at work (graveyard). I wore the patch for a few more days and didn't really give me the energy boost I though I would. I decided to not wear it on day 5 and was falling asleep at my desk and was having trouble concentrating. At that moment I realized how much the patch was really helping! It's not a large amount of energy (unless you use two patches, which I don't recommend) but REALLY helps with fatigue throughout my shift. I was never jittery, helps with concentrating, and actually forgot to drink coffee a couple times. So all in all I really like this patch. I do have very sensitive skin and will get a red square where the patch is, but doesn't itch while I have it on and the redness goes away while I sleep.

I recommended this by my mom and it works absolutely great. The patches give me so much energy. I didn't believe her and bought a cheap pack different brand and it did absolutely nothing but these are by far something I will buy again when needed. I usually feel like slug and when I put one of these on my arm it gives me so much energy for the day and I get so much done.

I have used these patches for years! Literally have recommended to numerous people including nurse practitioners and physicians. My most recent order I noticed a big change in packaging and then in the product!! The entire patch is a different material. It will not stick! It’s like the cheapest dollar store bandaid you can buy that won’t even stick to itself. I absolutely loved these patches and depending on them as I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and Epstein Barr. I can’t take B12 orally and these were a lifesaver for me. I literally wear two or three at a time. Now I will need to find a new product after YEARS of purchasing this same one. Very disappointed!! The pics reflect the former version and packaging on the right and the new on the left. A quick glance will show the difference. The quality of vitamins might be the same..I don’t know and can’t know because they won’t stick so therefore I can’t even see if that’s the same.

Since taking the Vitamin B-12 tablet or liquid, doesn't work well for me, I decided to give the patch a try. Glad I did! Excellent boost of natural energy without any jitters. These patches last all day without falling off. I'll keep purchasing them as long as they don't change the product. Unfortunately, on my next order, they change the patch to a thin bandaid plastic instead of keeping the mesh one. These fall off as soon as you start sweating. Go back to the nice thick mesh because these thin ones are not working.

I work a 12 hour shift on nights where I only get about 4-4 1/2 hours sleep on my workdays , and I work in a very cold environment where I need to be very mentally focused, alert, and energetic in order to do my job effectively. I had been taking 5 hour energy extra to get me through the nights I was too sluggish and tired, but there was always the crash after a few hours, as well as excruciating acid reflux. I was skeptical of these patches, but thought I’d give it a try. I started out with half a patch just to see how it effected me. I stayed unsleepy but nothing significant energy wise. The next night I applied one patch and the other half of the one I cut in two. I had energy galore, but felt edgy. Like my insides were extra tensed up... and wondered if the guarana or garcinia was to blame because vitamin b 12 doesn’t really effect me that way, it just gives me energy. I’d love to try a patch without those ingredients just to not have that feeling. Overall though, I was told by my boss that my efficiency was through the roof that night, and I told him I had an edge and told him about the patches. Now another coworker is wanting to give it a try. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to sleep after work, but 30 minutes after taking the patch off, I was yawning and tired enough to sleep. I was very impressed with how well this works, and it was keeping me alert and awake my whole shift. I’m a believer in this product. Application was a breeze, taking it off was a breeze, no issues other than the tense feeling where my core felt knotted up and I couldn’t relax. I’ll take that though than being sluggish and tired.

I love these patches! They do not come off until you peel them off! I mean a couple of times I have jumped in the shower with one on and still I had to peel it off to remove it from my skin. They are just like a bandage with a really good adhesive. Now when you are removing them from the package for first time use you should slow down to peel these off. Just take a minute and pay attention they come off very easily! I have tried almost every brand B12 patches these are my favorite! They actually work! You start feeling really good after about 15 to 20 minutes! I like to put them on first thing in the morning and take off right before bed. You can stick one on and go you do not have to eat first like you would if they were taken orally. My favorite spot to wear my patch is my upper arm. You can also wear them on your wrist on the under side we’re all the vessels are. If you have a lot to do or you need to study for a test just put on a patch. I have purchased these 6 times and will purchase again.

I've tried a several other patches before came to this one and very surprised with results. First of all easy peels of the paper and stick very good to skin, and stays on for a whole day, even when I sweat a lot, still on the same spot. After removing it left some visual sign of it, which is normal, and disappear very quickly. Sometimes, when I know for sure, I will have a hard day, I am applying 2 of them . First you need to understand, this is not like a big can of red bull(and red bull also include B12), its more like a slow energy, gives you a good mood for a whole day, and its actually so strong, that my wife cant wear it whole day, to much energy for her, but she is 5.4 and 110lb, and I am 6.0 with 220lb. This can easily can help you to reduce caffeine intake, and wake up faster in the morning. I already bought 2 of them and will continue to use. Pics represents the mark after 10 hours on my skin.

The cost was reasonable. I felt amazing after using this patch for a few days. I placed it on a different place on my skin in the recommended area and for the recommended time. Unfortunately, it left a terrible rash that lasted for over a week. It provided the energy I was hoping it would, but the side effects were more than I could handle. I don’t consider myself as having sensitive skin, but everyone is different. For the minimal cost it was worth the chance that it might work.
