High quality and tastes delicious
I have just started taking an interest in trying to make chocolates so I did research and saw callebaut was reccomended alot. I was able to temper both the milk and dark chocolate beautifully to get that lovely shine and snap, I appreciated the individual tempering temperatures written on the side of each package, It made it so convient. And they also make luscious ganache as well for the centres. Would reccomend all 3 flavours as well as their gold chocolate, it makes for a stunning salted caramel ganche with an added pinch of salt.

Three flavour pack is versatile
I buy the triple flavour packs of the chocolate because it's more convenient to get in one set, that also makes it cheaper. Good for baking and chocolate sauces and hot chocolates.

Perfect for making moulds
Tried other chocolate to make moulds but this is the chocolate I needed. Worked first time and chocolate mould didnt melt at room temperature after setting like the other shop brands. They were perfect. Tasted great too
