I already know I'm going to like this. It's the same size silicone mold people (who are posting about making the Dubai chocolate bars) are using. I now understand why. Because it's made well. And because it silicone it will be easy to use. It functions well because of the way it's designed. It's a nice thickness and the silicone (being so pliable) will make it very easy to remove the chocolate bar once is done. It's the perfect size and I'm looking forward to using it a lot.

Great for Persian style chocolate bars
I used it to make Persian Chocolates with dark chocolate, shredded toasted phyllo dough, and pistachio cream. Easy to use. Perfect outcome!

Love this mold. Easy to release and it makes about 70g bar of chocolate. Great size for gifting. I used this to make Dubai chocolate. The larger ones are just too big. You can't have smaller pieces unless you cut them into size.
