Port Authority Men's Interlock Knit Mock Turtleneck

This is unquestionably one of the most disappointing products I have ever received. The fit is disastrously bad. The quality of the material is inferior and the elasticity of the collar is nonexistent. This product alone will discourage me from ordering clothing online in the future. The color is washed out; nothing like the picture on the model suggests.

I am in law enforcement and in the winter months, officers wear the mock turtlenecks under our short sleeve polo shirt. My department actually purchases mock turlenecks for us but the shirts have the big grap in the neck. After reading the reviews, i had very high hopes that this would be different, especially with the price. After about 4-5 washes, the black started fading, the shirt was a little smaller and their was a hole on my right shoulder of my turtleneck. Im very disappointed, i guess my search continues for a good mock turtleneck that is good quality with a good price.

Bought several mock turtles from various brands to use as a base layer under shirts, sweaters, etc. Have returned most due to poor fit. The Port Authority fabric was of good quality, but overall fit baggy and neck too loose to look sharp.I am 5' 8 ", 170# and usually wear medium. I returned this shirt. I found that Under Armour (more expensive) and Exio fit better for me.

I bought this mock turtleneck to wear under sweaters. I run cold and need the layering in the winter months. I wanted black. After reading the reviews, I decided to order a small and I normally wear a medium. The shirt does say Unisex also. I am so glad I ordered the small, it is still roomy and seems to fit more like a medium but I would say this is more for a guy and not a female. I am going to have to keep looking for a decent weight and good looking mock turtleneck for women. Nice price and arrived timely. Since it will be under a sweater most of the time, I am able to wear it but not by itself since it looks manly.I wanted to make sure I updated my review on this mock turtleneck. I have worn it a few times now always under a sweater and I find that it fits comfortable and keeps me warm. It is not thin or cheap! I like the mock turtleneck since a regular turtleneck can be to tight. I do recommend this shirt for men or women. I am not looking now for a mock turtleneck, I enjoy this one. I also do not feel this looks as manly as I first thought, I would wear it under a vest. It is rare that I would wear a turtleneck my itself, but you could with this shirt.

I bought a second of these turtlenecks, because the first was for a joke costume (Archer's tactileneck) and it was sooo comfy!So, I got the second to stay pristine and ready should another costume party break out, while I put the first into normal wearing rotation.

I've worn the shirt just 4 times, and after normal washing it has the dreaded "bacon neck" look. The turtleneck looked great at first, but now looks terrible.

Product that arrived is fine. Trouble is - it is a FULL TURTLE NECK- not a MOCK TURTLE NECK as pictured and as all other reviewers seem to have gotten. My dad is suddenly in a nursing/rehabilitation home. He needed something like this right away. So I am forced to keep it, as I relied on giving it to him ASAP. Must give it to him tomorrow. If he hates it, I am screwed. But I am forced to keep it.

I ordered large, and it was waaay large. Washed several times in very hot water to try to shrink it. Just reordered medium replacement. Otherwise, weight, workmanship just fine.
