USA Pan American Bakeware Classics Half Sheet Baking Pan, Aluminized Steel

Loved mine so good I bought this one as a gift. The recipient loves hers too. These are heavier and much nicer than most cookie sheets. They are deep enough to use for jelly rolls and lots of different baking needs. The ribs on the bottom make it cook evenly and perfectly. While a bit pricey they are def worth the price.

Great pan! Sturdy, cleans up well and easy, perfect size, and a great price. Highly recommended.

my old pans were very well loved and I am so excited to get pretty new ones. great size, cooks even, great heat. I still line with foil to keep them in great shape. I also stopped using spray pam on them as I've read it can burn on the pans and cause some of the greasy buildup. love them and would buy again if needed.

I have several USA brand baking items. I love they are nonstick and very sturdy.

In general, this large pan feels sturdy, items don't stick and it's easy to clean. Unfortunately, contrary to what the product description said, it is very prone to warping at high temperatures. I looked at the description to see if it had any guidance about max temps, but didn't see anything specific. It warped at 520 (pizza and calzones). Fortunately, once removed from the oven it popped back into true as it cooled. I'll try lower temps and see if the problem continues.

I love these pans for cookies. The ridges keep the cookies from sticking at all. Bonus, they are made in the USA. Unfortunately I was looking for a pan that had the measurements shown and the measurements provided by the manufacturer don't include the handles but are the inside diameter, so it doesn't fit inside my Hallman double ovens. So frustrating. I have a cookie sheet from this same maunfaturer made for the Pioneer Woman line and can't seem to find another one. Pbbbbhhht.

I bought two of these pans and was initially very impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, one of the pans warps really badly in the oven and has the tendency to launch food off of it like a spring, making it essentially unusable for certain use cases. I reached out to customer support and they said their pans are "warp-resistant... not warp-proof" and that warping when hot is not enough for a warranty claim if they flatten back out when cool. Pretty disappointing.

Seems like a well made and heavy duty ridged backing sheet. Bonus that it's made in the USA. I've used mine mostly for baking bacon so far. my only issue has been it warps/pops in the oven most of the time, like a most of them. It does return to being flat as it cools. Hopefully this will "bake" out of it after a lot of use. I coated mine with a little oil and baked it at 400 to season it. It's developing a nice golden color from the seasoning and bacon grease. Looking forward to using it for other things like baked veggies at some point, or browning tomatoes, tomitillos, peppers and garlic for salsa. Overall I like the pan and would recommend, just wish baking sheets weren't prone to warping in the oven.
