I have a landline phone and the handset cord was always tangled. I tried every DIY fix that I could find on YouTube; and some of them worked, but only temporarily. I found the “Power Gear Telephone Cord Detangler” on Amazon and it looked like a cheap and permanent fix. So far, it’s working as advertised, i.e., no more tangled cord. I’m happy and I would recommend it if you need to detangle your telephone handset cord.

I purchased this for my Mother-in-Law to use at her home. Previously, her phone cord was always tangled and falling on the floor. After I purchased this, she hasn't had a floor related issue, and her cord is always untangled. Great buy.

I was a bit skeptical of this product. I have had it on my office phone for a little while now and it has not tangled at all. I don’t know how this little piece works, but it definitely works. I did notice that when I had it on the handheld piece, it created some static. Since I’ve placed it on the actual phone stand, no more static

Unfortunately the Cisco desk phone I use has a handset only a half inch off the desk so this detangler won’t work. If you have a good inch of clearance on the bottom of your hand set this will be your huckleberry

I had ordered something similar years ago, albeit cheaper quality, that did not work as well. But I tried this one and am super impressed. It doesn’t crackle or cut out. And the cord stays neat! I love it.

I bought these phone cord detanglers for our phones at work and yes, they are clear (sheer?) and easy to install. Big whoop. One didn't work right out of the package (meaning it caused so much static on the line when attached as to make the phone unusable). I was willing to take the hit on one because of the price. BUT...the second one stopped working this week (again causing so much static as to make the phone unusable), so that means it held on for 4 months. Ultimately what I ended up with is only 1/3 of the items being usable. And at this point I'm just waiting for the last one to fail also. I would definitely NOT recommend these to anyone.

Take an elderly person with dementia and add a phone cord. It was being twisted while talking on the phone. The cords were being broken internally and needed replacing every other month. Enter this little gadget. It keeps the cord from being twisted. Now the cord is staying undamaged despite the twiddling being done. Fit our landline phone perfectly.

It was great while it lasted. The concept is great, we have such a hard time with tangled phone cords. We are a 24/7 dispatch center so we use the phones all day without a headset so these made our lives so much easier not having to fight to untangle the cords every time we answer the phone. BUT just after the return window closed, they stopped working. They now cause a lot of static on the line and the audio cuts out and we can’t hear the callers unless we hold it a certain way

Absolute garbage. Do not waste your money. It lasted a couple of months, if that.

Being used in a phone busy office and working great to keep cord from tangling so far. No complaints on quality of phone calls from anyone either

I was so tired of my twisting work phone cord at work, I thought I’d give it a try. Only one of the three is still working. The other two didn’t work right from the get go. I like the one but the other two are duds. So not really worth it.
