Scraper is well made and ergonomicly suitable for small hands.

This is sturdy & thick. The numbers are etched, not just printed, on the blade so they will not wash or wear off. When I knead wet bread dough, this is very helpful to scrape the countertop & keep the dough together in a neat pile. Bench scrapers are also good for collecting meat, veggies, & minced onions or garlic off of a cutting board. I like the rubbery handle because it provides a better grip if your hands are wet or slippery.

I use for baking generally. It is very study. I do find that the flexible scrapers are a bit more handy to use so I actually use them more often to clean bowl, roll dough out of bowl and move it around the bench than this tool. However, this is a handy tool for cutting since measurements are marked on scraper. Since it is so stiff, it makes moving dough around easy and with little or no sticking. well made.

This is a well built pastry scraper. It finds my large man hands very well. The handle looks to be very secure and I do not anticipate it coming off as others have. However, the edges are not finished completely. It appears the stainless steel was stamped out and the edges were not knocked down. If you catch your hand on one of the edges you will get cut. But it was an easy fix. I just took an emery board and gave the edges a quick deburring and the edges are now smooth, and it did not affect how well the item scrapes my cutting board. The scraper is still perfectly flat and removes dough with no problem. This product is recommended as long as you fix the edges.

I love it! It's much better than any of the plastic ones I started with, which easily lost their edge. I've been using it for the sourdough sandwich bread I make every 2-3 weeks.

Did it do what I want at the qualitative level I would want it to? `YES. it chops and scoops. however I don't like the size it takes up in the drawer, so may want to look for a different place to actually store it instead. Would I buy it again? `Yes, and once again, in black. lol Would I give it as a gift to someone who could use it? ` yes, if someone cooks, and you suspect that they don't use it, just ask "hey do you cook? do you chop a lot of stuff/ OR if they make a lot of homemade dough", this would be a nice stocking stuffer to get.

I had to sharpen mine I use a dough cutter for more than cutting dough they make great choppers.. I'm glad I got this one it is light but stiff so I can cut up things and scoop it up and do 2 jobs with 1 tool.. I like the measurements on it so when doing dough it helps to make even proportions.. The handle is comfortable in my hand and gives me good control.. It is great deal for the money and will worth it.. So if your looking for a good dough cuter and scrapper and just sharped it for a cuter & chopper the XOYOZO is great

This is a nice item, It's very solid and works exactly as you'd expect.

The stainless steel scraper, dough cutter is very sturdy. The steel blade is quite thick. Easy to clean.

I've often hammered after ones of these so I bought one. It's so bloody useful for collecting choppings and peelings off the the chopping board etc. and into the pan or bin. You can use it for chopping too, apparently but it's not so sharp.. probably a good thing
