Costume 70's

This wig was great! My husband and I dressed as John Lennon and Yoko Ono for Halloween. The wig was thick, shiny, and easy to style. Perfect for occasion. Great job on this one!

I bought this wig for a 1957 Patty Playpal doll that needed a wig to cover her well loved head of hair. This doll is the size of a 3' toddler so her head is large for a doll, 19 1/2" around. This is a little large on her but for the price I was very pleased. The quality of the hair is what you would expect to see on a doll, very artificial.

I got this to dress up as (1978) Greg Hawkes of The Cars to play in a cover band event, but it won’t work for that as his hair is straight. I knew this wig wasn’t totally straight but I didn’t realize it was this wavy, almost curly in places. See photos. I’m knocking stars off because this wasn’t clear from the listing and if it were I wouldn’t have bought this. The manufacturer doesn’t recommend using heat to style but I wasn’t planning to return it (it’s a wig and I did try it on, I didn’t think it would be right to return and have someone else get it) so I tried some gentle methods like steam and hot (but not boiling) water, neither of which worked to straighten it. I ended up just buying a different wig from an in-person store. The quality of the wig is fine for the price. It’s a cheap synthetic costume wig, so brushing has to be very gentle and you’ll lose a few hairs but not too bad. As I mentioned earlier, you also can’t style it with heat. I knew all this going in and am not knocking it for these things. If you’re ok with how wavy (and long) it is, and don’t need a super realistic/real hair wig, this should work for you.

Great product for the price. Fit great and you are able to style it to your liking. Looks like real hair!

Not what I expected, cheaply made

I used this wig for my "Stranger Things" costume at work. I dressed up as Joyce from the show. I received so many compliments for the wig and everyone said the wig made the costume. My coworkers were even a little freaked out because they thought it looked real. I wouldn't say this is a super high-quality wig (not for everyday use) but it is great for costumes.

Worked great for my son's John Lennon costume this Halloween. Fit him well and still looked decent after a full day of wearing it.

Bought this for a Shaggy (Scooby Doo) costume and it was perfect!

Loved this wig! Going from a grade 1 buzz cut to a shaggy 70's pornstar certainly kept people at the themed fancy dress party guessing who I was for a while! Good quality too and has kept it's style even after a night of being passed around to be tried on! It's now stored ready for the next groovy party!
