Outstanding customer service
The Titan let me down. Fortunately, the company I purchased from was concerned about me getting a smoke machine in time for Halloween after the Titan showed up not working. They went above and beyond and overnighted a machine that they recommended and it was way better than the Titan. Thank you again

Toxic theater fog at Six Flags and SeaWorld use this air pollution.
Took an air pollution sensor to the fog at the local theme parks that use this exact machine, maxed out my sensor at the very highest hazard levels. It made me extremely sick, and I know several workers who died of terminal cancers who worked in shows that used that fog. OSHA is not protecting workers or the public. This fog kills people. Take an air quality sensor that shows PM2.5 (particulate matter) to see how toxic it is, but don't breathe in the fog.
