Cold press watercolor paper!! I love this paper!

This watercolor paper, in addition to being 100% cotton and all the other qualities one looks for in a professional watercolor paper, has INCREDIBLE lifting ability. If you DO a lot of lifting in your work, you cannot do better than this paper, no question! Of course, CP would work better than HP, but if you must use HP it will work for that, too. Absolutely no problem lifting, can't get over it. As far as the other qualities - warping, staining, laydown, etc. - it is equal to Arches, in my opinion, with the possible exception of laydown, which Arches beats every manufacturer in the world on that, so no contest, but Fabriano has Arches beat on lifting, so... for the money, this is the best deal.

This was a little cheaper than the Arches cold pressed paper pad and I liked it very much. I use it for watercolor and wet washes and bleeds of color are excellent.

I normally use another brand of watercolor paper, but I really love this Fabriano Artistico. It is a really nice surface to paint on and it performs consistently. Highly recommend it.

It's great - I just happen to prefer Arches - not sure why - it seems like the texture in cold press is a bit more uneven - which is great for watercolor. I bet Fabriano has a rough texture that would fit the bill. It was still a great product and worth trying - as every person's experience of painting on papers is different. I would rate Fabriano and Arches as my top pics in my price range.

I love this paper! It performs excellently. It won't make me give up Arches but I will always have this in stock as well. M. Graham earth tones and this paper were made for each other. Top of the line paper. Highly recommend.

A great paper. Takes a beating from this watercolor artist, I make a lot of corrections and tend to scrub my paper a lot. This paper is tough and beautiful at the same time.

Very good product. The paper drank the water & pigment very nicely. I recommended the block to help with warping.

Excelente papel, sostiene muy bien el agua y desliza el pigmento increíble. Por su gran calidad puedes lograr mejores difuminados y gradientes. Este papel hace mejor tu obra.

Ce papier Fabriano Artistico est magnifique pour les aquarelles. Très epais, et encolle' sur les quatres côtés, il permet de travailler sans gondoler. Top aussi pour le travail dans l humide (100% en coton, grain fin, pressé à froid). Ce que j'aime aussi, c'est que le filigrane n'apparaît pas sur la surface du papier, et c'est très agréable je trouve. Seul bémol (pour moi) c'est que pour le prix (45 euros lorsque je l'ai acheté) 20 feuilles c'est pas beaucoup. Selon moi, pour ce prix, au moins 25 feuilles auraient été correcte. (Mais bon, ça ne reste que mon avis bien sûr).
