The best reamer choice for overall use!
I've had this set for over a year now. Although I have several reamers of different styles and price points this one is the one I use the most. The four cutting heads cover almost every possible bowl size; if you have a conical bowl you have to carefully use multiple bits or you will need a different "BUttoner-style" reamer. And even with "normal" bowls you may have to work up in sizes but that is normal. The cutting heads (or bits) do a really good job of leaving the cake nice and even, all the way to the bottom of the bowl. And I have had no issue with the handle as of yet; if the handle is straining to cut you probably have the wrong size bit in it and/or need to do a bit of careful reaming with a dullish knife to get the bit to fit properly. I would and have highly recommend this set. If you can afford only one reamer, this is the one to go with (it is also fairly easy to learn to use right). If you have many different bowl shapes and sizes (or restore many estate pipes) you will likely need to add more tools to your arsenal but this is the one to start with for sure.

Brought Grandpa's Pipes Back To Like-New State Very Easily & Quickly!
I purchased this item for my 93 year old grandfather, who was always complaining about the bowls of his "daily driver" pipes being too small. Working from smallest reamer bit to largest, a quick 3-4 turns of the wrist brought the heavily encrusted bowls back to their original size. He says that the cleaned bowls draw better, and he loves not having to re-fill his pipe so often. Now I have to work through the rest of his pipes and clean them as well. A great product for the price, and I would heartily recommend it to anyone with gunked up pipe bowls that need cleaning.

Bad Product, Horrible Company.
Worst product ever and shattered during first use. Cheap imitation of the Pipnet Pipe reamer which I should've bought in the first place. The company denied my claim and would send a return label falsely claiming that I didn't file the paperwork in time which is false. Cheap Chinese junk and a bad company that doesn't value customers. Horrible.

T handle broke. Should be made of steel instead of plastic.
Worked well for several times. Did a nice job of pipe bowl reaming until T handle cracked and the whole side broke off. Not very durable. Should come with a steel handle,

Best in class...
Works great. Not sure why I didn't buy one of these first. Many other reamers I have tried don't work well- or at all, with a narrow diameter bowl. I have yet to find a pipe in my collection (30+) that this doesn't fit. If the plastic handle is flexing a lot during use you're doing something wrong and run the risk of breaking it. Be gentle. If there is an abundance of cake to remove you may need to start with the smallest 'bit' and work your way up. Go slow with minimal pressure and you will end up with a great result- just be careful not to remove ALL of the bowl cake we work so hard to achieve in the first place...

Handle snapped on the 4th pipe
Plastic parts are not best used on a tool designed to cut through hard, caked carbon. The tool handle and the reamer bodies are plastic, while the blades themselves are made of steel. The blades did fit well on the pipes I was able to ream with it. I didn't get to use it on enough pipes to give any further information than that. If you're the type of person that uses grocery-store tools for little jobs around the house, then this is a great tool for you. If you're a mechanic who's used to steel tools for real jobs, then I do not recommend this for you. I'm not bitter - just direct.

Good Reamers
This set has a good selection of sizes and helped me to restore a couple of estate pipes. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is that the handle feels a little light. I wished it was a metal handle.

Pretty much the best solution
While not as sturdy and well made as the Swiss Pipnet it's copied from this is a very serviceable reamer - and the Pipnet, if you can get it, costs 3x as much - so considering the price this gets 5 stars. Use a little caution, don't try to take all the cake off in one pass and you won't stress the handle. In any case this is a lot better than the Senior type and it does the job better than anything else I've found in 40 plus years of pipe smoking. Vendor EA Carey shipped it in 3 days!
