Pain In Knee Gone !!
Had problem with my left knee for at least a year, not being able to bend down all the way to floor without feeling as if my knee would explode or pop & pull knee out of whack. After taking this for only 1 week, I couldn't believe it but pain was gone & my flexibility in that knee returned.This very quick result was totally unexpected. I also work out on a NordicTrack Ski Machine, and I have to admit it seems as though I can go even longer without exhaustion or severe pain in my knees or feet now. I definitely have noticed more stamina when exercising now & quicker recovery. Works for running
I read somewhere that this helps with pains from running. I used to have pain in my knees after I ran but after taking these consistently, I do not feel those pains anymore. It's weird how this works but it does! I've noticed my back pain doesn't exist and I used have a pain in my shoulder area from lifting weights. All gone. I take 2 pills daily.

I have torn bicipital tendons in both forearms from years of weightlifting. A half teaspoon of this supplement with 1000 mg of maxi C complex vitamin from 'Country Life', keeps me somewhat in the game. It's a fair trade off from taking daily meloxicam, for me.

skin and nails look really good as well
I had a sore and creaky knee and this took the pain and most of the creaking out with regular use. My hair, skin and nails look really good as well. Highly recommend for joint pain!
