Exercise Weighted Training Vest

I've just received it and put it on, it fit snuggly, it's comfortable and doesn't move about. I can definitely feel the extra weight on my back, especially going up and down the stairs. Even when sitting down, it naturally forces you to activate your core and sit up straighter. I can see myself use it in my Pilates and martial arts practice. But I'll gradually build up the length of time I wear it, starting with an hour a day this week maybe a bit more, to using it while doing sport in a week or two, to not cause excessive fatigue to the shoulde, upper back muscles and thus cause an injury. Note that I'm a a petite size (1m60/5'2) but fairly fit from years of Taekwondo and Pilates practice and teaching. Adapt your build up to your own level. It's just a shame you can't add more weights, once adapted you’ll have to buy a whole new vest. I guess that explains the reasonable price.

I tend to walk a brisk 3 to 5 miles a day and decided to up my game by using a weighted vest. This one felt very heavy the first time I used it, but I soon got used to it and it has been comfortable and easy to wear. So far(three months in) it has been robust and the quality still seems good. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a cost-effective weighted vest. I think I’m probably going to buy a slightly heavier one now!

Comfortable to wear. Doesn't do up that well round a larger chest (women) though but fine for home use

This was really good value for money in comparison to other ones on the market. It’s easy to use but for some reason my hubby put it on back to front and couldn’t understand why it didn’t fit!!! It’s excellent for walking/running and provides more weight than you think. It really makes a difference to workouts. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what I needed for my walks to work and occasional weekend stroll. I bought the 20lb vest and this is perfect for me at a walking pace. I'm now considering buying a lighter weight for jogging (a tried a quick jog with the heavy weight and it didn't move that much).

The straps wouldn’t fit over my chest very well, it didn’t feel the most comfortable to wear and definitely wasn’t as heavy as it says it is.

Good quality. Dogs a little in the back at the bottom though - not sure if the sands settled more there or what. Doesn’t affect too much in first hour but if you sit or walk longer it has caused back ache in this area after. Would still buy again though as it absolutely does the job and is usually comfortable. Definitely good for exercise - walking up and down the stairs with it on throughout the day makes the thighs ache. Climbing hills I climb frequently had me out of breath Other thing - for ample-chest-sized women, where the male model has the straps, this is not where it’ll be on you. It’s nowhere near the stomach. Both are over the chest. Doesn’t affect anything but something to note

Yo no noto que lo llevo, y estoy ya pensando en comprar uno de 10 kg. Me viene muy bien para añadir carga en los paseos y también en el entrenamiento de fuerza, porque sumo peso sin apenas notarlo. El producto parece de buen material, es muy ajustable y se asienta bien en los hombros.

Great price for a great product. Comfortable and fits good on a woman body, adjustable. I do a long walls with it.

Gostei muito. É o meu segundo colete de peso, mas esse (de 5,4 kg) me leva a ter uma postura melhor. Muito bom para malhar e correr.
