I played around with cheaper versions of this tool from other brands but none are anywhere close to the quality of these. These are very sharp and make cutting even the thickest zip tie a breeze, the end result is a completely flush cut with zero sharp edges to cut you. I bought two more of these to toss in my workshop, my to go bag for on the trail bike repairs and one in my bike shop when I service bikes as a side hustle.

Pricey but the finest cutters I've ever seen in my life. I'm willing to pay the price.

Cuts with clean flat edge, great for cutting flush on zip-ties

These are the perfect cutters for flush cuts on zip ties. They're very sharp and small enough to get into tight spaces. They won't leave annoying sharp cable tie ends. They are NOT intended for cutting anything harder than small soft copper or aluminum wire. Use this tool for its intended purpose and you won't be disappointed.

As advertised. It’s cuts with the glory of a civil war soldier.

I very nearly didn’t buy this. I have a cheapo set of zip tie cutters that I’ve been using for over a year now. They honestly work just fine. That said, I’ve been slowly accumulating more and more Park Tools for my home workshop and I figured I could relegate my old cutters to my travel kit, so I pulled the trigger on these. The level of precision on these is truly next level. They feel great in your hand, cut through ties like butter, and are able to cut so flush that you truly can’t feel the cut end. You probably don’t need these either, but you won’t regret the purchase.

The usual park tool quality. Relatively expensive but worth it.

Just love to use it

Pince coupante de bonne qualité comme souvent avec Park Tool. Elle est petite et peut donc se faufiler dans les endroits exigus. Les mâchoires sont vraiment bien affutées et tranchantes, mais attention de ne pas couper un câble ou une gaîne de vélo. J'ai fait une marque dans les mâchoires en faisant cela. Ne vous en servez que pour couper des colliers rilsan ou d'autres pièces en plastique.
