Tested these out on some 2mm steel wire, cutters both works nicely and the ferrules are secure once crimped. Fairly easy to use single handedly and much easier to use than my heavy duty set with a slight disadvantage of leverage. Fantastic value for money

Worked surprisingly well given the price. Bought it to hang 1.5mm cable for garden lights and the tool was effective at both cutting wire and swaging. Included swages were a bonus. Similarly priced one at Bunnings got shocking reviews.
