Does what it claims, sort of
I have always used Head and Shoulders products, so it's hard to give a real unbiased opinion. I would say this one does what it's supposed to, when controlling dandruff, but I can't say I experienced anything different in terms of hair quality. My hair didn't really seem any "Thicker and fuller", and I do have fairly long hair, so I can't say that does anything for me personally. As always though, it does handle dandruff and flaking as it should, so it's definitely worth it!

Not worth the money
I purchased this product because it was advertised to provide fullness to thin hair. It also was to aid in dry scalp. Though there was some improvement in both areas, I dont feel there was enough improvement to warrant the cost.

Made me itchier long-term
I bought this when it was really cheap, though I am not a man and my hair isnt thin. This seemed to help dandruff at first, but it ended up making my scalp itchier in the long run. Perhaps the fragrance was at fault because I haven't had that problem with other Head and Shoulders brand shampoos.

Really does make hair full and thick.
The only shampoo I use and very good on flakes. Has a decent smell too. Before I started using this I was really searching the market for a product. When I found this one I didn't look back. It also really does make your hair look full and thick and I have African American hair.
