Pro Abs And Core Home Exercise Fitness Machine + DVD PRO

I received the 'Ab Circle Pro' this afternoon. Wow! I love this machine. It's fun and it gives a cardio workout with the toning. Put on your favorite music and go to town. I felt the burn when I did the one side at a time workout. My workout was a short 5 minutes and I felt like I'd done 10 minutes worth of floor crunches. The inner/outer thigh (remove the center brace bar) workout takes a little getting used to and muscle control. I even felt a slight burn in my triceps from bracing my upper body on the handlebars. The metal framing on the machine seems to be of a good quality. The red part in the center isn't really needed for support and it's made out of a thick plastic (no issue there). It sits firmly on the floor and doesn't rock around or tip. The knee cups have not caused me any concern. I don't even have to use the four additional padding inserted for comfort. I only need to loose approximately 30 pounds so my weight probably won't cause the wheels to melt down (like some of the added pictures of other customers) or groove inward. I checked the wheels after I worked out (and after my son worked out) and didn't even find a scratch on the frame or wheels. I plan to do 3 five-minute workouts a day to see if my core gets strong enough to start palates (which are hard for me right now). UPDATE: 04/27/2010 Still love the machine, my clothes fit great and I have lost 3 inches! I'm up to doing 10 minutes a day

When I received the original shipment, they must have sent me the first one ever made. I saw the wording made in China on the box and I figured that was what was wrong with it. I only had one roller on each arm. The foot cap was cracked the pins that you insert didnt have the small bee bee in it to keep it from popping out of the hole. The first roller went bad after 3 minutes and after ten minutes all the rollers went bad. The right swing bar bent and the knee pads kept coming loose. I didnt telephone the company that shipped it but I did call Ab Circle Pro in Southern Calif. Wppehen they heard what I had to say, they shipped a brand new one out that same day. I only had to pay a three year warranty $20. The new one had two rollers on each swing bar and every thing else worked great. The whole family has used it for about 2 weeks and not one faulty part has occurred. I

worked well for a while then the knee cushions started to become bothersome for me and I started to notice something warping a bit i stopped using it because i had to add dense cushions under my knees before i started my work out..and then they would start to slip off, i had to start again to re position them. I might try it again and see if i can find out how to keep the cushions in place because the machine can give you a good work out..if you dont have bum knees like mine :/

I purchased the Ab Circle Pro after I got to a plateau with doing floor exercises, working with an AbLounger and a treadmill. Saw the Infomercial on TV, did some research online and bought it through Amazon.com which made it half the price. It was no problem putting it together and watching the tape with Jennifer Lee showing you how to do the exercises made it easy. My biggest problem was making the knee pads stay in the knee cups. They just won't/wouldn't stay. I even tried putting double-backed tape on them because once you get swinging they would move right out of the cup and it hurt to put your knees on the bare cups. I lost 1/2" off my waist after 2 weeks but unfortunately the third week while working with the tape the knee pad slipped out and I went flying one way and my knee got rug burns and the machine flipped in the air and the handle came down on my chest and I broke a rib. So I'm out of commission for a little while until I'm all healed up. Would I recommend it, yes, as soon as they can figure out how to keep those knee pads in the cup so you are more secure. Before I use mine again I'm going to make sure they won't slip out again but am looking forward to losing more inches in my waistline and ab area.

I love using this equipment! I read most of the reviews on this item before I purchased it and was a little worried about some of the complaints but thought I would try it anyway because I was impressed with the way it works. I weigh 145 lbs. and was wondering if maybe some of the bad reviews could have been from people who weighed quite a bit more. I have only had it for one week and absolutely love it. I do not see any wear on the roller wheels that other people have been complaining about but if they do eventually become worn, I would really like to be able to purchase replacements. I made a call to customer service just to see what kind of response I would get because a lot of reviews said that they experienced bad customer service, but I was able to get right through to a person and let them know that I was very happy with my Ab Circle Pro. This is a fun piece of equipment and I would recommend it to everyone unless maybe they weigh more than 200 lbs.

I bought this machine despite the reviews online being some what mixed...I thought might as well buy it for myself and see how it works for me. I received the ab circle pro yesterday and It will be going back hopefully tomorrow...I put it together very easily with in 15 mins so that was nice. I have used the machine for about 20 mins and it is already warped and not running correctly on its tracks, the logo on the machine is a cheap sticker that was already peeling off as soon as I took it out of the box...and there is paint chipping...with less then 20 minutes of use!! most of the positive feedback on this machine here on amazon seems to be fake and by someone from the company or something. It would be a great addition to my work out with diet and additional exercise if I was positive it would last longer then a month but I doubt it would last longer then a week If I use it as I intended. I did break a sweat and it worked out my arms shoulder and the sides of my abs but I give this machine 1 star due to its poor quality and price. I am better off purchasing a bike or elliptical machine that will last for years rather then a few days and continue with palates and other floor ab work to obtain the results I want. If this review is not enough do addiontal research online and don't make the mistake I did. And do not purchase the gel filled knee pads that are being offered with this machine because they do not even fit into the knee supports on the machine...I am keeping the knee pads tho because they are great for me when I am working on large paintings or anything like that :) Thank you amazon for processing headache free refunds!!!

Updated review, well over a year and I am still using the ab circle pro. I still use my knee pads and bike gloves when I do the ab circle pro. I also still use the 30 min dvd. I have only had to change the rollers on one side 1 time. It has held up good for me. I got a lot of 10 rollers on ebay so I always have them on hand. I keep the track clean and spray a little WD 40 on a rag and wipe the track down once a week, to keep it working good. At some point I want to get the ab circle mini as it takes up a lot less space. I know there is a lot of bad reviews, but it has been good for me. I found that using ab circle pro has make me lose in my stomach area, hips and gained upper body strength.I have added walk at home dvd's to switch up my workouts.

I then carefully opened the box with at least the same amount of care the seller had taken to package it all so beautifully together. Every piece was covered, included, and I have to say I cannot imagine buying one that was more brand new than this one, not a dent, not a scratch, nothing, it was in absolutely perfect condition. I was and still am totally thrilled with this purchase and hope the seller knows how much the care he/she takes in sending these items means to the buyer. It does not go unnoticed I assure you.
