Oh, how I missed this product while I haven't been consistently working out over the last 3 years! This legitimately gives me the best pump and endurance without the tingling. Love the green apple flavor. It works for me like no other and makes me confident enough to return to consistency in gym. Will be a repeat buy.

Taste good, mixed well, gives a good pump. Started with half scoop but if you've been taking 300+ of caffeine from other preworkouts you can prolly take a full scoop. I took at 7pm one time tho and not a good idea. Stayed up till 1:30 but laid down at 11:30.

Docked one star due to beta alanine. There are lots of great products (like Gorilla Mind) that don’t have beta alanine, and there is no evidence it works - just the annoying itchy feeling.Aside from that, it’s a fine pre-workout that is easily better than most of the popular products I’ve tried. Very first time with me doing a pre-workout drink. Whenever I got the fruit punch, I was experiencing a bad experience of poison ivy trying to cure this for over a month. Well, the fruit punch I had drink just minutes prior and thought oh my god what is going on with my body this poison ivy is something. Someone told me that that is what pre-workout drinks do. They given itch but fruit punch puts me on the move. I can continue to go through and clean houses with no issue. I was expecting the same experience with the Apple, but it did nothing. I called Amazon to return it because it was a no return policy and they did refund me. is Friday so there’s even a better deal there.

I used to use C4 when I was getting into body building but obsession took me to look for better products. This prework out is great for pump and focus. Moderate energy. It does make me a bit nauseous occasionally and I notice it makes me sweat a lot where I didn’t before. I attribute this sweating to the prework out and not the intensity of the exercise.

The sour apple is okay. But for 40 bucks it's great value for the pump u get. I'd recommend this for ppl who use pre workout a lot. Not for starters. Also I didn't get any bad feelings from it like I do from GAT.
