Swanson probably has the best vitamins anywhere ... for the price at least. Specifically I mean there own "Swanson" brand. Good price too. Customer for several years now, no disappoints. This Vitamin E is mixed tocopherals as advertised -- I can feel the difference. I understand this may be hard to believe, lol, but it's true. I have decades of supplement and nutritional healing study and direct experience. So, my praise has some weight. But again, you don't know me so... well, whatever, lol

You can break open a capsule and smell the oil inside, it should not smell rancid, it should smell fresh and these do. Also the capsules are not feeling hard as a rock like other brands in the past, and that’s because I believe the capsules are too old. These are the best buy out there for a quality natural vitamin E product, that is for sure.

I spent hours googling mixed tocopherol vitamin E formulas. This is the best I could find that had mixed tocopherols and standardized to d alpha not dl alpha tocopherol. Check your bottle in case they ever change the formula.

This supply of 250 "softgels" gelatine capsules of Vitamin E should last around 8 months. Vitamin E is great for skin health and also cell function. Its antioxidant properties fight the damaging effects of free radicals on the skin cells and help fight the effects of ageing. A great value product in such a large size.

As with all food supplements scientific proof of the value and performance is mixed do your research to find out if you will benefit from taking Vitamin E, many believe Vitamin E mixed Tocopherols, is good for promoting antioxidant protection and cardiovascular health.

So you live and learn and although I’d been taking Vitamin E on and off for decades I didn’t realise before now there were multiple tocopherol and that taking a combo supplement might be better. You wouldn’t know from the capsules themselves and they look and taste (like nothing) the same as any other Vit E supplement and go down as easy. The suggested dose is one per day but when I’m working out regularly I’d take two of those daily. I’ve always found Vit E is good for increasing your stamina levels and keeps you working out for longer, something to do with oxygenating the blood I was told once. These Swanson capsules aren’t the cheapest but I like the idea of multiple tocopherol and if they have nutritional advantages then they’re worth the extra spend.

This is a typical vitamin E capsule that provides 268mg, consisting of D-alpha tocopherol and mixed tocopherols. The cost is typical for the dose and nunber of capsules. Note that the capsule is gelatin, so it will not be suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

These are small softgels of Vitamin E that are odourless, soft and easy to swallow. Each one contains 268mgs of Vit. E, which is 2233% of you Nutrient Reference Value (I actually have no idea what that means but it's on the label...). If you need an E supplement, these are a terrific source.
