Works great!! Puts me right to sleep and sleep thru the night. I tried the 5 mg and they were way too strong but these are fine.

Great melatonin
This is the only 2 mg extended release melatonin I know of. It totally works and is the perfect dose for me. Please don't ever stop making it.

Working ok for me but have learned that caffeine after lunch was keeping me awake.

Helps calm down a dog with dementia episodes
Got these for my dog that has dementia. He’s on a certain dementia med so he can’t have gabapentin with it to help calm him down during episodes. Giving him just one of these helps relax him to go back to bed peacefully. I’m sure it will react differently with other pets and humans but my experience so far using it with a dog with dementia has been very helpful!

They work great!
These are effective and small/thin enough they're easy to take. After taking them for about 3 months, I was sleeping better but also started sweating more in my sleep. The last 2 weeks I've started breaking them in half and taking half a tablet at bedtime, and it seems to have fixed the sweating with no compromise on sleep quality.

I like that is both time released and low dose. Many people think high dose melatonin is better but lower dose actually works better- especially if you are older.
