I’ve been using these Natrol Melatonin tablets for a while now, and they are my go-to for sleep support. I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night. I take one 5mg tablet most of the time, but if I’m really having trouble sleeping, I’ll take two tablets. These last me a long time!

I am kind of surprised this stuff is working. I’ve had to take Unisom for years. I am trying to get away from it because a pharmacist mentioned there’s some studies that shows that medicine contributes to dementia! Compared to Unisom, 1. I am staying asleep longer. 2. When I do wake up to use the restroom, I’m immediately able to go back to sleep. 3. I don’t feel drugged in the morning. 4. It makes my sleepy faster than Unisom. 5. There’s mixed reviews on whether or not Melatonin is good for us, but dementia isn’t a concern. 6. Tastes nice!

I mainly use these Natrol 5mg fast dissolve tablets for international travel. I take one when I board the plane and then for the first couple of nights after landing. It helps me get drowsy enough to sleep on the flight and makes it easier to adjust to the new time zone. It’s not a knockout pill. It just makes you more drowsy and helps you stay asleep longer when you’re restless or dealing with jet lag. At home I only use it occasionally. If I take it right before bed it works fine, but if I take it in the middle of the night I usually feel a bit groggy the next morning. The strawberry flavor is decent and the fast dissolve is convenient. 200 count is a solid amount for occasional travel use. Good option if you need light sleep support for flights and jet lag rather than a strong nightly sleep aid.

I like the flavor and it helps me fall asleep

I ordered this product because I wanted to stop taking Advil PM. I was hoping the Melatonin would be a better choice and it was. I have only taken it 2 nights in a row but each night I was knocked out within 15 to 30 minutes. I mean out like a light. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. I wake up ready to start the day. It works like magic.

Tastes good. Dissolves quickly on the tongue. I usually break them in half, which is enough to get to sleep.
