Use these 4out of 7 days. Yellow works for me. 77 year old woman. Resistance banks used in my soma yoga class. Now I can practice at home.

There’s standard exercise bands. Three sizes. I just use them until they break. And like all exercise bands

These bands don't last very long. I paid a little more for the Theraband brand thinking they'd be better than the generic (Chinese?) bands. Doing fairly light-weight physical therapy stretches for my shoulder, the green one snapped in two within two weeks. They subsequently snapped five more times until the pieces were all too small to use. The yellow one did better: it lasted about four weeks until snapping in two.

Good quality. Should last a long time. Use with basic stretching and strength videos. The only con is not having the weight listing on each color. I wrote on each with a marker so I didn't have to remember.
