Was a good card when managed by American Express but not anymore
This card used to be managed by American Express. When it was, I was able to log into a portal to set up autopay, request employee cards and otherwise manage my preferences. When the account switched to US Bank, I am no longer able to do any of these. When I contacted US Bank, I was told that despite being a current US Bank customer with multiple accounts set up for the business, this card could not be added to my existing business account but rather, I needed to set up a new business account login. No thank you, I don't need to have multiple business logins for the same bank. Not satisfied with the switch over from Amex to US Bank and will be closing this account as a result.

No Quickbooks desktop integration through standard Bank Feeds
I was a very happy Amex Amazon Business Prime card holder, then was forced onto the US Bank card. Getting the data from US Bank into QuickBooks desktop requires a much more complicated process than the usual "Bank Feeds". You need to set up something called Spend Management at US Bank and then set up something called QuickBooks Web Connect on your PC - It all seems designed for much larger businesses than my sole proprietorship. The only reason I'm giving this five stars is because US Bank's customer service representative was so good at making sure I was able to do this, and the only reason she got involved is because I closed the card and gave a negative review. The regular customer service representatives had no idea about this process - The rep who helped me is some kind of special ninja wizard called Stephanie. It was still an extremely involved process and I'm not sure I'm happy with it after all of this. That said, I'm going to give it a shot.

Very poor hand off... I cant get statement
Never got a statement after they sent me this card. Tried to log in, but they had the wrong address, and wrong zip code so after trying to log in with my zip code, I was locked out.. I called US bank to resolve, and I still had to wait 24 to try againCan't log in to the credit card to pay the bill. Cant do that over the phoneReally crappy planning on this transition**UPDATE: Lowered to one star: spent an hour of time figuring this out with USBNK customer service:I have an LLC, amex was mailing the statement to my office address, USBANK decided to mail it to my home address, so August statement lost.US BANK will not allow me to nominate my office manager to log in and look into the bills and make payments etc, she can only log in an see HER transactions.. .so I have to do that....not helpful. The US BANK web site does not work on all browsers.(I am on Edge, Cobrowsing, where the CS rep helps you navigate des not work)The USBANK website password has some weird ass requirementsUS BANK is having me pay the last AMEX bill to THEIR web site... so I see US BANK asking me to pay for something that they can not show me the statement on their site, I have to look at the AMEX statement to see what the charged were and the AMEX site was already shut down.

Awful Experience
After being unable to create a new account at USBank, I contacted customer service who unfortunately was not able to help me. I was really confused because my new card showed up pre-activated... ready to swipe and yet I'm unable to confirm my identity on their platform or through their customer service. I'm also unable to view my previous account with American Express or my previous statements for business purposes (that doesn't feel good). Because I was unable to login or work with customer service to get into my account I was somehow able to close the account, or at least that's what the customer rep told me. Super confused still and hopefully I don't get a random outrageous bill from collections in a year or so.I would advise people, especially family and friends to *NOT* obtain a prime business card. I didn't know Amazon would just move or change card providers (I bet its in the fine print though). The whole experience feels kind of slimy. I also don't have access to previous information through american express for the previous Prime Business Card. All in all find a different Credit Card!!!

You get your products right away and it’s great for a business
I love it. I get everything the next day. Everything I need comes right away. I love it. It’s all I can say try it. It’ll save you a lot of money if you’re doing a lot of ordering.

Extremely poor service from U.S. Bank
Extremely poor service. Since Amazon transferred the card from American Express to U.S. Bank, I have still been unable to set up my account, even though all of my information was supposedly transferred to U.S. Bank. They are asking me to provide information that makes no sense just to create a new account, which is extremely frustrating. All I’m trying to do is set up my account so I can make payments automatically, but they are making the process unnecessarily difficult. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected a much smoother transition and better customer service.

Great as AmEx, horrible under US Bank
Recently Amazon's business credit card switched over from American Express to US Bank. While it was with AmEx I never had problems. There were no issues with payments, credit limits, fees or declined transactions. As soon as everything switched over to US Bank, everything started going wrong. US Bank tried to sneak in interest charges 4 days after a transaction. I've had multiple times where I've had to call in just to get them to approve a transaction, while there's plenty of credit available on the account, for routine purchases my business makes. Easy and convenient? Not a chance with US Bank. I've had to make multiple calls per week to get problems resolved. And the latest current issue is that they hold your payments for a week or longer before applying it against your account's credit limit. You make the payment, they take the money, but they don't apply the credit for over a week. Not great if you're making payments on things as your own invoices get cleared so keep your balance under the limit to continue to use it. They make it rather difficult to use it for business purposes. Clearly the way their billing, and pretty much their whole system, is designed its to cause the card holder lots of frustration and cost the cardholder money in interest and fees.If you're running a small business and want a great card to carry expenses on, avoid this one like the plague. 5% back on Amazon purchases is nice, but after dealing with US Bank for 3 weeks, I'm ready to close my account and shop around. 8 months of great service with AmEx killed by 3 weeks of US Bank.
