I came across many negative reviews regarding the power and voltage.This is simply because people were being ignorant of the fact that this product comes from US and needs a step down converter to get it going in India. The seller contacted me twice on two different days to make sure that I was aware of it.Please please please don’t plug in this music system without a step down converter. It has 120V and hence you would need something which can withstand 150V and above capacity for a smoother performance.Mine works perfectly without any sort of disruption.Thank you for your fast delivery and at most care in letting me know and reminding me to buy a step down converter.Will be happy to shop with you again.

Useless product. Did not work even for a second.The thing probably got burnt on plugging, because we have 220V in India, while this is made for 110V.Absolute nonsense. Why sell in India ?

It is what I expected. Sound is a little tinny but I would figure it would be as not a very expensive device. I mostly wanted just for a kitchen radio. so satisfaction okay
