This protein is amazing if you are having a hard time keeping your protein up or having trouble with weight control.1) it taste amazing.2) great protein for the price.3) you'll get your daily vitamins4) the average protein container is 25g of protein. If you doubt scoop it may last you 1 week. Lean body is double scoop and it last you 2 weeks if you only drink 1 day. If you get two cases and drink 2 a day that's 80Gs of protein. I drink 4 a day because I rather snack on this than to drink a soda or ships. It is thick so it will keep me full and satisfy my hunger.It is a perfect coffee mixer. 1 of these with 2 scoops of intent coffee 3 eggs. That's 58gs of protein in less than 10 minutes. These are simply the best! They are very filling, I don’t feel hungry 20 minutes after drinking one! They have excellent flavor, not chalky, no weird aftertaste, and don’t upset my stomach! They are a much better than leading brands, and have more protein! I would HIGHLY recommend these if you are looking for a low carb or high protein option!

Honestly, this is one of the best plant-based protein shakes I’ve tried. The texture is smooth, not gritty, and the flavors are surprisingly rich without that weird artificial aftertaste. This is a good drink I went after it for the protein content it does not taste bad I order strawberry so this was good, did not need to mix with anything. Very healthy and with the protein it gives a lot of energy. I use it just before I go exercising a half of the box and the other half I use after coming back. It is thick sometimes I have to use every other day due to the constipation effect. It is good energy supply.

I have been drinking this brand of protein for almost a year to help supplement my protein intake and it has not disappointed! I'm so happy I found this brand..even more happy I found it on Amazon in a 12pk so now I don't have to purchase individually from stores/my gym. Definitely saves me so much money purchasing through Amazon. It's great cold or room temp, not thick and hard to swallow. It's health benefits for me have been amazing. Most importantly, it doesn't hurt my stomach or have me running to the bathroom like other drinks I've tried!

All around good protein shake for high protein. Absolutely no problems for this very lactose intolerant person. Bought the banana and found it to taste good. Also combine some of them half-and-half with fair life chocolate shake, and that tasted very good too.
