It is for interiors, it works with wifi, the EZVIZ application is downloaded on the phone, the price is incredible, it comes with a manual and the installation is very easy, they are very good, the first one I bought was like 4 years ago and it works very well. It helps a lot when we are not at home and we want to make sure that everything is in order. The quality is excellent Super recommended.

We use it to keep track of our dogs when we are gone. The app used to view the video is good. The image is very clear. If you install the SD card, you can review recorded video instead of having to pay for a cloud service. We also love the 2 way microphone!

I got my first EZ-viz camera about 8 years ago and its been my cat-cam when we go on vacation. I'm always crossing my fingers, and then pleasantly surprised when it just reconnects and starts right up each year. It's been so reliable I came to buy a second one. This one connected right away to the same app, easy peasy. It records when anyone moves into the field on both cameras, and they are set up in separate rooms. It's really easy to switch between the cameras in the app, or switch between recorded videos clips and live video. You can even zoom in. We use them plugged in via the usb cable, and they mount magnetically or can sit on a shelf. They provide much needed peace of mind for a good price. I'm grateful their app is still active and going strong after all this time.

AVOID - there are plenty brands out there and on here that make these a complete waste of money. After 1 month the “Advanced Menu” for the pc software stopped working and their 1 and ONLY solution does not work. The cam is garbage without these settings available. Around the same time it began dropping signal every couple hours, all day long, and every single day since then. They never offered a replacement, a refund or anything past having a person whom speaks English as a fourth language call within 48hrs and suggest exactly the same broken methods their website does. You literally will wait for a clueless person to call just to verify you did as suggested. Then after a few apologies they hang up on you. Only thing to do is rinse and repeat. There is NO customer service unless you consider “eh, sorry ok. Try again tomorrow?” service. The iPhone app would be great - if it had any features to tweak it. However, no, if you want any of the features that can actually get your cam properly set and where you’d want it - you have to make the pc software work in a way that makes it “appear.” It hasn’t shown up in about a year for me now but it used to be there constantly when my pc used an ethernet cord for internet (this is a REQUIREMENT for the advanced SETTINGS menu, a pc on wifi will NOT have this menu available and their solutions will NOT fix it.) ***07/09/21 update - their updates always break something but this time they finally took all the worth out of it. The detection software now alerts to anything at all on the screen that moves in any way (they broke the detection area feature.) Literally goes off if a blade of grass moves. Turn it to low and it doesn’t even alert you if you grab the cam and shake it vigorously all around. You (I) can’t even make it go off on low. To top it all off, and this was most certainly intentional, as to further money grab. As no one uses their over priced garbage cloud service -and why would you- when the cam is about 62% on the reliable and on scale? They have made it so that non ezviz brand sd cards NO LONGER WORK in this cam. It just says “it’ll work better with one of ours” and refuses then to format it. Talk about INFURIATING! This is in the top 2 worst purchases I’ve ever made on here. A Wyze man would of known better. Don’t fall victim like the rest of us.

Fantastic camera for the cc price and very easy to install following the included instructions. Very clear picture and very durable. It has motion detector for added security. This is my 6th camera purchase and I will buy more as needed. The EZViz app is very easy to maintain and reliable.
