It has kind of this artificial chocolate flavour but since I mix mine with milk, oats and peanut butter, the flavour is somewhat balanced and improved. Bloating varies from person to person and I have had little to no bloating. I have experienced bloating from myprotein and muscleblaze whey supplements (except clear whey) at times but again it’s not just the product but it can be from milk also. So I’d say go in expecting some level of bloating but for me it wasn’t that discomforting. You’d have to try and see for yourself. Now this is just a supplement and this product by itself won’t increase your weight unless you are already on a calorie surplus. This is suitable for beginners because this gives 300kcal per serving which is more than enough and is budget friendly which will last you a few weeks.
